Which Death Loop is this?

This guide concerns the Hopeful Light itch.io listing. Its publisher describes it as a remaster made with permission and links to Fouzi’s full game. Keep these editions distinct when reading guides.

How do I use fullscreen and skip text?

The listing says to use the square button at the lower-right for browser fullscreen and Ctrl to skip text. Its F-key fullscreen instruction is specifically for the PC version.

Which edition does this page cover?

The WhiteScar Studios listing describes a remaster and says it was made with the original developer’s permission. We identify this specific itch.io project; its existence alone does not verify every edition or a licence agreement.

Where is the full version?

The browser listing provides a separate full-version link to Fouzi’s Twilight Observer page. Check that destination’s current offer and contents before choosing an edition; the browser listing does not establish that both contain identical content.

Is the browser version the full first game?

The creators explicitly recommend the default itch.io browser version and call it the full version. The listing also distinguishes optional paid DLC. A full base game is not a promise that every extra is free.

Which game should I play first?

Dating Killmulator 2 is a separate sequel. Its creators ask new players to play the first game before it. Use the first game’s own entry here; progress transfer between editions has not been verified.

Should I finish the first game first?

The sequel’s own description asks players who have not played the first game to do so first. It continues from the previous story rather than presenting itself as the same browser project.

Is the Android build fully tested?

No such assurance is given: the developers explicitly say the Android version is untested and will not be properly finished until the whole game is done. An APK listing is not proof of compatibility with your device.

Does Patch 1.2 add French to Season 2?

Yes. The September 18, 2026 patch announcement adds French to all of Season 2, a new save system, and new Android and Mac builds. This does not establish French support for the first game or automatic save transfer. Chapter 20 is described as coming soon without a fixed release date in that announcement. These are creator statements, not our gameplay tests.

Why can images look blurry at launch?

For the listed web build v0.2.0, the creator says images can load progressively or look pixelated for the first 5–10 seconds and advises waiting for loading to finish. This does not explain every loading failure.

Is the Mac build verified?

The creator labels the Mac build highly experimental and says they do not own a Mac for testing. Do not assume that a listed Mac download has been verified on your system.

Can I play online in the browser?

The creator describes local two-player versus and says experimental online play is available only in non-web builds. Do not confuse local versus with browser online multiplayer.

How do two people share one controller in local versus?

The creator describes players seated at opposite ends of one controller. This is local play; experimental online play is limited to non-web builds.

1. Left player: D-pad up/down aims, right fires, left slows turning.
2. Right player: top/bottom face buttons aim, left fires, right slows turning. A bank shot into the opposing gun forces its loaded shot; that gun has 10 seconds of protection afterward.

Is there an official Android download?

Yes. On September 28, 2026, the creator’s page lists Android and offers rock-declutterer.apk, alongside the browser game and a LÖVE file. Use the creator’s Download section and choose the APK for Android. We have not tested installation on your device; a listed download does not establish compatibility or a fix for package-parsing errors.
