How do I find the right product?
Use the requested product type to narrow the search, then match its name or label. Check hanging packets as well as shelves. If several packages look similar, verify the price prompt before serving. The illustrations on this site are decorative and do not show the game’s actual shelf layout.

Use categories, then confirm the product
On your first look around, note where packaged goods, small sachets, drinks and money are shown in your build. Return to the customer view after exploring each direction. For a difficult request, break the name into the product type and its distinctive label. Check upper hanging packets as well as eye-level shelves. This is a search method, not a claimed exact shelf map.
A small language glossary
- Sari-sari store: a small neighborhood shop selling everyday goods.
- Tindera / tindero: a female / male seller or shop attendant; the word alone does not establish ownership.
- Suki: a regular customer.
- Utang: debt or credit, depending on context.
- Sukli: change returned after payment.
- Chismis: gossip. Separate this from direct evidence when following the story.
- Mare: a familiar form of address; do not automatically treat every use as a character’s proper name.
When several items look alike
Use at least two cues: the request’s wording and the object’s label or price prompt. If you picked the wrong one, return it before selecting another. Keep a personal note of the difficult products after finding them. Do not use this website’s decorative store drawing to locate products: it is a guide illustration, not a game screenshot.
