Quick answer
Do dialogue choices lead to different endings?
The sources reviewed here do not establish a complete choice-to-ending map, and this audit has not independently tested an ending count. A changed line is not enough to prove a different ending. For a reliable comparison, record the build, exact choices and final outcome of each run.

Make a character note, not a suspect list
Use three columns in your own notes: speaker, person being discussed, and what was actually said. A name mentioned in conversation is not necessarily the person standing at the counter. Record a repeated visit or a changed account without immediately deciding what it means. This is especially useful when unfamiliar names or forms of address sound alike.
Choosing dialogue without a false solution
Read the entire prompt before choosing. For your first run, respond according to your interpretation rather than a claimed “perfect answer” list. For a replay, change one response at a time and note the day, exact prompt, chosen response and what changed afterward. A different line of dialogue is evidence of a local variation, not automatically evidence of a different ending.
How many endings are confirmed here?
This audit has not independently verified an ending count or a route to a hidden good ending. The official pages reviewed do not provide a complete choice-to-ending map. That is a limit of the evidence checked here, not proof that alternatives do or do not exist. Treat a guide as reliable only when it identifies the game version and provides reproducible choices and an observable result.
After finishing: an interpretation exercise
Compare the last scene with your earlier notes. Which claims came from a direct witness, and which travelled through several people? Did you mistake a character’s certainty for evidence? Which earlier line changes meaning once you know the outcome? These are questions for interpretation, not a claim about an official branching mechanic. The guide intentionally avoids naming a culprit or presenting an unverified plot summary as fact.
